Objective:Through the establishment of contrast test, researchon the effect of CPP-ACFP and CPP-ACP’sealing dentinal tubulesand its influence on dentin bonding strength. Methods:Eighteen newly extracted human premolars stored in1%chloramine solution were used for research. The teeth weredeparted in the buccal and lingual direction using the diamondsaw, divided into acid group(single bond2)and self-etchinggroup (ibond). The roots’part were mounted into self-curingresin to expose the crown. The enamel was abrased using thediamond saw to expose dentine, then burnished by sand paper tocreat the unitive dentin adhesive surfaces. Each of the18specimens were randomly divided into3groups,blank controlgroup,GC plus group,GC group (n=6). Each group randomly choosesa specimen, coating desensitization agent, used for observingthe dentin surfaces by scanning electron microscope.Theremaining specimens of each group were desensitized. Z350resincomposite were bonded on the dentin surfaces using total-etchor self-etching adhesive to form4mm thick resin layer.Thespecimens were stored at37℃for24hours,then prepared into 1×1mm~2strip. Each specimen randomly select2strips,then eachgroup has10strips.The microtensile bond strengths weremeasured by using a Universal Testing Machine. One-way ANOVAwas used to compare the differences of the values. Results: Application of CPP-ACFP and CPP-ACP can play the roleof sealing dentinal tubules, multiple application is betterthan once; its application will affect the bonding strength oftotal-etch adhesive, the self-etching adhesive strength of nostatistical differenceConclusion: CPP-ACFP and CPP-ACP can play the role of sealingdentinal tubules in vitro, but must consider the effect ofbonding strength.
