Clinical Effect Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation With Warming Needle Moxibustion And Oblique-pulling Manipulation

Objective:Verify the forsooth effect of warming needle moxibustion and oblique-pulling manipulation on Lumbar disc herniation through rigorous clinical observation,to instruct the use of the clinical application.Methord:Cases were chosen from the hospitalization patients of the Fuzhou General Hospital.The whole experiment lasted from July,2011to July2012.60cases of lumbar disc herniation patient according with the standard were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30in each.Warming acupuncture and moxibustion with Oblique-pulling technique cure for the treatment group;Three times a week except Sunday,Once every other day,10times for a course of treatment, A total of a course of treatment,The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy;and the two groups had the comparability in aspect of sex age course of disease clinical symptom,physical sign and so on.Observing the differences between two groups before and after treatment in electromyography,JOA scores,VAS scores,ODI scores and The difference in the overall effect.Results:(1)There is no significant difference about Balanced comparison of Two groups of patients in age, sex, course of disease, electromyography and the score of JOA,VAS,ODI. Cervical lesion segment score (p>0.05).(2) Two groups of patients in the electromyography, the comprehensive efficacy and,the score of JOA,VAS,ODI,After treatment compared with before treatment there were significant differences (P<0.05).(3)After treatment,compare the two groups of patient in the electromyography,the comprehensive efficacy and,the score of JOA,VAS,ODI, there were significant differences (P<0.05)Conclusion:The effects of warming needle moxibustion and oblique-pulling manipulation for Lumbar disc herniation is obviously superior to the the simple warming needle moxibustion,It is effective and safety Methods of treatment warming needle moxibustion and oblique-pulling manipulation for curing prolapse of Lumbar disc herniation, can be used in clinical.
