Clinica I Research Of Shuxuetong Injection In Treating And Preventing The Vascular Crisis After Crus Flap Transposition

Objective:To observe the clinical application of Shuxuetong injection on preventing vascular crisis after crus flap (neurocutaneous flap) transposition.Methods:25cases whose soft-tissue defection of ankle and foot due to injury in the experimental standards during the period of October2011-2012October in Fuzhou General Hospital, The age of them were18-65,All of them were unilateral Ankle injury,in an average of41.2years, in which there were13male and12female. Grouped by completely randomized:there were13cases in experimental group in which6male and7female and12cases in control group in which7male and5famale. All of them operated according to the condition of soft-tissue defection by Sural neurocutaneous flap or Saphenous neurocutaneous flap. The experimental group took Shuxuetong injection first times daily by water for a week combine with conventional drugs treatment, The control group only treated by conventional drugs. In theld,3d,7d after surgery,we observated and recording the colour of flaps, the swelling degree and flap survival situation, hemorrheology,and coagulation function. all the data of the tow group were analysised by SPSS17.0.Results:(1) In the aspect of sex, age, size of the skin flap, there was no significant difference between the two groups (p>0.05).(2) The comparison of the survival flap indexes:Observing and comparing the swelling degree of flaps in ld,3d and7d after opertation, there was significant difference between the two groups on the3rd(p<0.05).(3)The comparison of haemorheological indexes:there was significant difference between the two groups on the3rd, and7th day after surgery (p<0.05). Compared with preoperative, there was significant difference in the experimental group the3rd and7th day after surgery (p<0.05).(4)The coagulation function indexes:there was significant difference between the two groups on the1st,3rd, and7th day after surgery (p<0.05).(5) The comparison proved the curative effect in the experimental group was better than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine Shuxuetong injection and routine treatment could prevent vascular crisis aftert crus flap transposition,and improve the survival rate of the flap.
