Manufacturing is an Important symbol of measuring a country’s comprehensive nationalstrength, and playing a role like engine in the national economic growth. China’smanufacturing industry is developing gradually to achieve the automation and intelligent.However, there is still a large number of manual operations in the actual production, and theentire production process can’t be divorced from human involvement. Since the concept of"people-oriented" was put forward in the Human Engineering, human factor become the coreelements considered in the complex production system of man-machine–environment. As agroup, manufacturing workers’ task is heavy, long working hours, and heavy pressure of life,so, it is easy to lead workers to feel fatigue and limb pain, appear the phenomena of memoryloss and inattention in subjectivity. The consequences of objectively is to cause operationalerrors increased, operational capacity decline and can’t be guaranteed in quantity and quality.Work fatigue is one of the important reasons leading to low production and frequent accidentoccurrence in manufacturing industry. Because human behavior is closely related to the laborprocess, it can be said that the pros and cons of laborer’s job performance affect the survivalof enterprises. So, the research of workers’ fatigue is of great significance to prevent andreduce security incidents and protecting the health of body and mind operators, and achievedthe purposes of improving efficiency.In order to verify fatigue would have a negative impact on the human body, the first jobis to design the test about human memory span determination in job’s fatigue. Theexperimental results showed that: there is a negative effect between fatigue and memory span, the fatigue state memory span median and memory span than the normal state value wasreduced by8.4%and8.0%; Then, a large manufacturing’s workers in Cangzhou, Hebeiprovince as the object of the research, obtained the conclusion of workers’ memory loss in thestate of fatigue by memory span test; got data by questionnaire and found out four latentvariables and their measured variables; established the model between the work fatigue effectand the task performance using the statistical software---SPSS and SEM (Structural EquationModeling), and got into the action effects of the fatigue factor in job performance, as well asvariables affect the correlation coefficient, and acquired the work fatigue effect the taskperformance to add up to0.63of the total effect and the task performance was effectedindirectly though physiological and mental fatigue.Conclusion of this study to understand the fatigue factor in the manufacturing industry,reduce the occurrence of fatigue and improve operational efficiency is of some referencevalue. From the workers, machines, the environment system as well as the management, itanalyzed the effect of fatigue on task performance and put forward suggestions forimprovement. |
