Objective:study the mechanism of Dangguiniantong tang treat GA and the meaning of compatibility. Methods:take Hyperuricemia(HUA)and acute gouty arthritis (AGA)tinduced arthritis rat as experiment model, treat with Dangguiniantong tang, each decomposition and allopurinol and colchicine in different groups. Observe the urine volume, Uric acid value, Swelling of degree,Kidney index, pathology change in arthriti, and the express of IL-1β、TNF-a and COX-2. explore the anti-inflammation, immunity and partial treatment mechanism to GA of Dangguiniantong tang and its decomposition. And in-depth study of the compatibility of dangguiniantong Decoction.Results:(1) Dangguiniantong tang has obviously effect of antiinflammation, inhibition swelling of arthritis, increase the Kidney index and prevent the joint cartilage and bone from destruction.(2) Dang guiniantongtang reduced Garaturicacid significantly.(3)Dangguinian tong tang can retain the excessive decimrter of IL-1β、TNF-a and COX-2to give play to anti-inflammation.Conclusions:(1)Dangguiniantong tang has the effect of anti-inflammation, and can reduce the content of uric acid effectively. Dangguiniantong tangcan prevent the distory of bone and cartilage and reduced uric acid and anti-inflammatory effect of the most obviously.(2) Effect of yinchen group and qianghuo group have focused on improving all indexes, yinchen group urate lowering effects than notopterygium drug group, qianghuo group will focus on improving joint swelling and inhibit the inflammation.(3)Studies show that yinchen group and qianghuo group have good compatibility effect in whole prescribe.
