Objective To observe the effects of Depolarizingmuscle relaxants and NonDepolarizing Muscle relaxants on stress reaction during induction in modified radical mastectomy. Methods Forty cases of breast cancer under general anesthesia were randomly divided into Succinylcholine group(S group) and Rocuronium group(R group),20casees of each group. Systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR)were recorded respectively at the times of before anesthesia(TO),after anesthesia (T1),intubation(T2),3min afte intubation (T3). E,NE were recorded respectively at the times of T0,T2,T3.Results The results of SBP,DBP,HR and plasma E,NE concentration had no significant difference in S group or R group at each time point(P>0.05).Conclusion Epinephriine and Norpinephine will not effected during the proess of the induction of gengral anesthesia with depolarizing muscle relaxants or NonDepolarizing muscle relaxants. Muscle relaxants can not inhibits the stress pesponse during intubation.
