ObjectiveSurvey the knowledge of medical staff carrying out psychologicalintervention for the wounded after disaster. So as to provide the reference forour country’s medical personnel to raise the ability of the psychologicalintervention. Further improve tne medical workers rescue capability in disasters.MethodsThis article carry on research mainly adopts consulting literature,investigating questionnaire, interviewing individually, data statistics, etc. Weextract the medical personnel in the third class A hospital who whether everhas been part of disaster relief or not in Liaoning and Sichuan province bystratified sampling and random sampling. Take them as studied object,together600. Survey the situation by self designed questionnaire that themedical staff’s capacities of psychological intervention implement to thewounded personnel. Analysis related factors which affecting medical staff’s toability implement the psychological intervention. ResultsThe questionnaire score the medical personnel acquired have noconspicuousness difference (P>0.05) in distinct sex, academic career, the titleof a technical post, the working years, administrative offices. The twocomparison of score show significant difference (P<0.05) betweentechnological academy and master’s degree. The score have significantdifference (P<0.05) between the disaster area of Sichuan and non-disasterarea of Liaoning in the total points and the three dimensionality of acute stressdisorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, commit suicide. The score havesignificant difference (P<0.05) between the medical workers who ever hasbeen part of the psychological intervention knowledge training and the medicalworkers who nerve been part of the psychological intervention knowledgetraining. The situation have no significant difference (P>0.05) that thepsychological intervention’s knowledge the medical workers have masteredwhether they ever has been disaster relief or not. Diversity regression analysisshowed that different regional hospitals, different degree have influence to thequestionnaire score, the standardization multiple linear regression equation asfollow Y=15.315-2.60X1+0.62X2.Disaster can bring the psychological stressto survivors, family members of the victims, relief workers and the public. About68.19%of the medical personnel thought that during a disaster they may bearise three types of stress reaction at least, if they joint disaster relief.ConclusionThe medical personnel haven’t grasp enough ability of the psychologicalintervention towards to the wounded, which made the medical care personnel can’t discover the abnormality seasonably, that acute stress disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms and anomalous emotive or behavior priorto suicide, so as to we failed to take positively effective intervention skills toreduce the damage to the body and mind from disaster. So, we have toreinforce the medical care personnel train about psychological interventionknowledge, enhance the psychological intervention ability of the medicalpersonnel.
