ObjectiveTo study the expression and Clinical Significance of MonocyteChemoattractant Protein (MCP-1)、 Solvable Interleukin-2Receptor (sIL-2R)in Serum of Acute Leukemia(AL). To explore the effect of MCP-1and sIL-2Rin the AL patients.Method40newly diagnosed patients with acute leukemia were in enrolled in thestudy (30ANLL patients,10ALL patients), they came from Affiliated FirstPeoples Hospital of Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences, form February2010to March2012,24males and16females, median age38years (range11-70), the diagnosis criteria of the AL came from Criteria of diacrisis andtherapeutic effect which was authored by Zhang zhinan (the third edition). The controls came from normal healthy people who were selected by thehospital medical center medical examination,12males and8females, range14-58years. All the case and normal control group were blooded5mL formvein in the morning fasting, before the experiment the serum were separatedand stored at-20°C, The serum levels of MCP-1、 sIL-2R were dynamicallydetermined with enzyme-linked immunosotbant assay(ELLSA).ResultsThe results were presented as a mean±SD (x±s). Statistical analyseswere performed using the SPSS17.0program. T test or t′test was used incompareing two sample means, Pearson correlation analysis was used in twovariance correlation analysis. The result showed that in40newly diagnosedpatients, the expression of MCP-1、sIL-2R were significantly higher than thatin control group (P<0.05), and sIL-2R decreased after completeremission(CR) but was still higher than that in control group, in relapsedpatients it elevated again; The expression of MCP-1is not significantlydifferent than that in CR patients (P>0.05), but in relapsed patients itlowered. Statistically significant correlations were found between the levelsof MCP-1and WBC population in Serum (r=-0.30,P<0.05), Statisticallysignificant correlations were also found between the levels of sIL-2and WBCpopulation in Serum (r=0.61,P<0.05). Conclusion1. The low expression of MCP-1in serum is an early indicator topredict the progression of AL patients2. The sIL-2R plays an important role in the progression ofleukemia patients, and can evaluate the efficacy and prognosis.3. Dynamically determined the expression of MCP-1、 sIL-2R cloudhelp assess the seriousness of the disease and the prognosticjudgment in AL patients...
