| Os Draconis is not yet fully petrochemical mammal fossil bones in The late Cenozonic.It comes from ancient large Mammalian fossil like the bones of Elephant class,SanZhima,Rhinoceros,Deer and Bovine or the fossils of incisors. It is mainly produced in heilongjian,gansu,guangxi,Sichuan,etc. Os Draconis is a precious mineral herbal. Its resource regeneration ability is poor,so only1963ã€1977and1985edition of " Chinese Pharmacopoeia " contained it.To alleviate the shortage of Os Draconis resources, searching for the right calcined Os Draconis substitutes is very urgent. The main subject of research and the results are as follows:In the physical and chemical identification,we identificated Os Draconis, pig, bovine bone, sheep bone by Light microscope, it can be observed pale gray-brown irregular fragments which had bump, slightly, curved texture in the Os Draconis powder, irregular pieces in pig, bovine bone, sheep bone powder. In the acid test of ash,we found the insoluble acid in calcined Os Draconis is higher than other calcined animal bones obviously.In terms of content determination, firstly we adopted the titration method to determinate the calcium content in all samples. We adopted Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determinate the content of selenium and mercury in all samples for the first time, and made sure of the method detection limit. We determinate23kinds of inorganic element content in the Os Draconis, calcined Os Draconis, calcined Os Draconis, calcined bone of ox and calcined bone of sheep by microwave digestion ICP-OES method for the frist time, made sure of the detection limit of each element and the detection wavelength. Contrast the assay results of samples inorganic elements by cluster analysis, we decided to add recommended nutrition which were used in nutrition enhancer into calcined bone of pig to got artificial calcined Os Draconis finally. Both of two have the same inorganic elements and content (except the harmful elements).In terms of Pharmacology experiment, we made the security and effective experiment of artificial calcined Os Draconis. The security experiment focused on acute toxicity and the maximum tolerated test, the results showed the media lethal does can not determined because of its low toxic, the maximum tolerant does in mice is60g/kg (equivalent to130times of clinical adult dosage). Conclusion:the artificial calcined Os Draconis has low acute toxicity and it can be used safely.In order to investigate whether the artificial calcined Os Draconis has similar pharmacological effects with calcined Os Draconis, we had experimented on the two pharmacological indexes whic were solid astringent shrinkage urine and convergence purulent wound. The results of soli astringent shrink urine experiment showed that the artificial calcined Os Draconis and calcined C Draconis can’t reduce the normal mouse urine output, but can reduce the urine output of water loa mouse in2-3h. In the experiment of convergence Staphylococcus aureus purulent, the resul showed the artificial calcined Os Draconis and calcined Os Draconis could promote wound healing and extend the mice survival time.This study initially proved that the artificial calcined Os Draconis could replace calcined C Draconis in solid astringent shrink urine and convergence caused by Staphylococcus aureus purulen but as for whether the artificial calcined Os Draconis could replace calcined Os Draconis in a aspects still need further researches.Innovation:1.
