Objective: To discuss the influnce factors of chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease (COPD) complicated with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods: Analyse the clinical and follow-up data of93cases of COPDcomplicated with NSCLC that underwent radical resection of lung cancer fromFebruary2005to January2010in the Second Hospital of Jilin University byusing spss18.0Software. Analyse the Postoperative five-year survival rate andmedian survival time by using life table. Kaplan-Meier carry on the univariateanalysis, by using Log-rank test to analyze the factors of survival time for anysignificant differences. Analyse Factors that showed a significant difference inunivariate analysis by using Cox multivariate regression analysis. Results: The survival rates are91%,61%,32%,19%and10%respectivelyfrom1to5year. The median survival time is27.10months. Single factoranalysis showed that age, smoking history, COPD classification, pathologictype, degree of differentiation, T stage, N stage, postoperative complications, postoperative chemotherapy for a total of nine factors of chronic obstructivepulmonary disease associated with non-small cell lung cancer were statisticallysignificant.(P<0.01). Multivariate analysis showed that age, degree ofdifferentiation, N stage, postoperative chemotherapy are the main influencefactors of the survival of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasecomplicated with non-small cell lung cancer. Conclusion: Age, degree of differentiation, N stage and postoperativechemotherapy are the main influence factors of the survival of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with non-small cell lungcancer.
