| Objective:To detect the single or combined level of CEAã€CA199ã€AFPin patients with cholangiocarcinoma,we analysis the clinicalsignificance for early diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma. Methods:Automatic chemilum inescence immunoassay was used to detectthe serum level of CEA〠CA199and AFP in patients withcholangiocarcinoma15ã€hepatocellular carcinoma16ã€liver cirrhosis30and the healthy people22.Compare the differences between thesegroups. Results: In comparion with the HCCã€hepatocirrhosis and the controlgroups, the level of CA199and CEA are higher in patients withcholangiocarcinoma (P<0.05). The levels of AFP in patients withhepatocellular carcinoma was higher than that in patients with HCCã€hepatocirrhosis and the control groups (P<0.05).The combineddetection of CA199and CEA for the relevance rate of CC is higherthan the single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions:The detection of CA19-9is valuable in the earlydiagnosis of CC.The detection of AFP is valuable in the earlydiagnosis of HCC.Combined detection of serum CA19-9and CEA inpatients with CC could improve the sensitivity of diagnosis. |
