Study On Correlation Between Damp-heat Syndrome Of The Cancer Of Colon And The Expression Of The MMP-2,MMP-7

Objective:To explore MMP-2,MMP-7expression in the histiocyte of the cancer of colon, discuss the correlation between Damp-heat Syndrome of the cancer of colon and the expression of the MMP-2,MMP-7, learn about relation between the expression of the MMP-2,MMP-7and the development of the cancer of colon.Method:Select60patients whom have through electronic colonoscope and doubted cancer of colon and whose pathological diagnosis is the cancer of colon; According to Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, those patients are distributed into two classes, which is the Damp-heat Syndrome group and Deficiency of Kidney Yang Syndrome group,every group have30cases;the normal control group20cases. Testing the expression of the MMP-2,MMP-7between the Damp-heat Syndrome and Deficiency of Kidney Yang Syndrome and the normal control group with immunohistochemical Method, comparate they are difference.Results:1. Sexuality in patients is not significant between the Damp-heat Syndrome group and Deficiency of Kidney Yang Syndrome group and the normal control group (P>0.05). Age in patients is not significant between the Damp-heat Syndrome group and Deficiency of Kidney Yang Syndrome group and the normal control group (P>0.05)2. The expression of the MMP-2,MMP-7between the Damp-heat Syndrome group and Deficiency of Kidney Yang Syndrome group and the normal control group is significant (P<0.05)3. The expression of the MMP-2in different pathological stages in the Damp-heat Syndrome group is significant (P<0.05); The expression of the MMP-2in different pathological stages in Deficiency of Kidney Yang Syndrome group is significant (P<0.05) The expression of the MMP-7in different pathological stages in the Damp-heat Syndrome group is significant(P<0.05); The expression of the MMP-7in different pathological stages in Deficiency of Kidney Yang Syndrome group is significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:1.The expression of the MMP-2,MMP-7is higher in the histiocyte of the cancer of colon than in the histiocyte of the normal control group.2. The expression of the MMP-2,MMP-7is highest in Damp-heat Syndrome group of the cancer of colon than in Deficiency of Kidney Yang Syndrome group and the normal control group.3. The higher pathological stages of the cancer of colon,the more expression of the MMP-2,MMP-7.
