Efficacy Research Of Zhuanggu Zhitong Decoction â…¡in Ovariectomized Rats With Osteoporosis

Objective:To observe the Zhuanggu Zhitong Decoction Ⅱ, s curative effect in ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis and explore the possibe mechanism.Methods:Select60three months of SD female rats and Randomly divided into six groups(10rats a group):JiaShouShu group, the model group, Zhuanggu Zhitong Decoction group, Zhuanggu Zhitong Decoction Ⅱ high, medium and low dose group. In addition to JiaShouShu group rats, the rest were excised the ovaries。5days after taking out stitches began to medicine, then All rats are killed after13weeks. Taking blood, bone specimens to research from BMD, maximum bending strength, E2, pathological morphology.Results:Comparing with the model group,1. E2of Zhuanggu Zhitong Decoction Ⅱ group show rising trend(P＜0.05);2.could increase maximum bending strength to right shin of rat (P＜0.05);3.Zhuanggu Zhitong Decoction Ⅱ can obviously increase BMD(P＜0.05) and increasing the average trabecular bone density (P＜0.05);4. Reverse the pathological morphological changes of osteoporosis rats.Conclusion:Zhuanggu Zhitong Decoction II could increase model rats’ s BMD、Maximum bending strength、the average density of bony trabeculae and increase E2, reverse osteoporosis pathological morphology change of rat, could effectively prevent and treate ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis.
