| In the continuing studies on the compounds having new bioactivities structures,we investigated the Lysimachia stenosepala Hemsl. var. flavescens Chen et C.M.Huand Euonymus laxiflorus Champ.ex Benth.Thirty-one compounds were isolatedfrom them by repeated thin-layer chromatography (TLC),Sigel column chromatogram-phy (CC),gel column chromatography (Sephadex LH-20), reverse phase column chro-matography (ODS) and middle pressure liquid chromatography (MPLC) and thestructures of twenty-seven compounds were determined by the analysis of their NMR(1Hã€13CNMRã€DEPTã€1H-1H COSYã€HMBCã€HSQC and NOESY),MS (EIMSã€HRMSã€ESIMS) and IR spectrum.Seventeen compounds were isolated from Lysimachia stenosepala Hemsl. var.flavescens Chen et C.M.Hu and thirteen compounds were identified as:Kaempferol(1),Quercetin (2),Rhamnocitrin (3),astragalin (4),kaempferol3-neohesperidoside (5),Kaempferol3-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (6),Quercetin3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7),kaempferol3-O-[2-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl]-β-D-glucopyranoside (8),Quercetin3-O-[2-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl]-β-D-glucopyranoside (9),Rham-nocitrin3-O-[2-O-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-6-O-β-D-arabinoside]-β-D-glucopyranoside(10), β-sitosterol (11),Protoprimulagenin A (12),β-daucosterol (13).Among them,twocompounds were new ones (910).Compounds1-13were isolated from this plant forthe first time.Fourteen compounds were isolated from the bark of Euonymus laxiflorus Champ.ex Benth..On the basis of spectral data (NMR,MS,IR,etc.), their structures were identified as lupeol (S1), friedelin (S2), lupine ketone (S3),4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzaldehyde (S4),scopoletin (S5),(+)-pinoresinol (S6),(-)-isoyatein (S7),coniferylaldehyde (S8), Geniposidic acid (S9), cholesterol (S10),(8R,8’R,9R)-cubebin (S11),(8R,8’R,9S)-cubebin (S12),3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxycinnamicaldehyde (S13), hexacosanic aci-d (S14).Compouds S1-S14were isolated from the bark of Euonymus laxiflorus for thefirst time. |
