China-hemp is an annual herb belonging to the family of Cannabinaceae, the genus of Cannabis, the species of Cannabis Sativa L. Hemp have a high application value in the pharmacy and other fields,for it contains many functional components of Cannabinoid, flavonoids, phenolic, alkaloids,volatile oils, organic acid and other components.In this paper, we have a study on antifungi action of the different parts in different times, and we studied the major functional components, the extraction process optimization, security. Flavonoids and phenolic are the main antifungi components in hemp.And extraction process and antifungi activities of the two components were studied.Using disc diffusion method, photometric assay method,plate dilution method investigate the antifungi actives of the extracts from hemp, with Trichophyton rubrum, Microsporum cauis, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Candida, albicans as indicative bacteria.The results showed that the extracts of hemp leaves has the antifungi actives and60%ethanol extract of hemp mature leaves has the best antifungi efficacy.The extraction technology was optimized with disc diffusion methodising the diameter of bacteriostatic circle as assessing index, with Trichophyton rubrum, Microsporum cauis, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Candida.albicans as indicative bacteria. The optimum extraction conditions of every factor for leaching active substances determined by the single factor experiment method were as follows: extraction temperature70℃, solid-liquid ratio1:30, extraction time:1.25hours, extract three time. Antifungi activities experiments were carried out, and the results showed:the extraction rates by optimal process were higher than general proeess, and antifungi activities were stronger; The best extract has ordinary solution stability.In the security testing of the best extract, the result shows that during the RBC experiments,0.1%,0.5%,1%,3%of hemp mature60%ethanol extract solution hemolysis rate are1.22%,3.14%,7.12%,17.36%, lower than the upper limit of20%, which has non apparent red blood cells hemolysis. In the chorioallantioc membrane CAM experimental, the extract has non-irritating.Using liquid-liquid extraction, the ethanolic extraction was subsequently fractionated into four parts:petroleum ether (I), earbon tetrachloride(II), chloroform(III), ethyl acetate(IV). Disc diffusion method is used to compare the phenol content and the inhibition rate of the four extractionswith the diameter of bacteriostatic circle as assessing index. It is proved that the antifungi activity has some connecetion with phenol and flavonoid.From what we have stated above, we can draw a conclusion that the extraction of hemp is a new kind of natural medicament with very good antifungi activities.Given further research, it is very promising to be used in the pharmacy, textile industry and other fields. Thus it will be very profitable to the hemp industry.
