Objective1.To approach the relationship between activity expression level of telomerase reverse transcriptase and CHD mergered with pulmonary hypertension Peripheral blood2.To analyze the correlation factor in congenital heart disease mergered with pulmonary hypertension in children through clinical data retrieval of left to right shunt congenital heart disease (CHD) children treated with interventional therapy.Methods:1.The expression levels of TERT in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from CHD mergered with PA (20cases, from shandong provincial hospital)and single CHD (20cases, from shandong provincial hospital) were measured by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR, all of these cases were primary. Healthy groups(20cases, from Jinan maternity and child care centers) were taken as comparison groups. Statistical comparisons of absorbance differences were performed by the Newman-Keuls test. Values presented are means±SEM. A probability level P<0.05was accepted as significant.2.139cases were selected for clinical data retrieval, which were all left to right shunt congenital heart disease children treated with transcatheter interventional therapy in shandong provincial hospital from2010.03to2011.06, including patent ductus arteriosus (PDA)(85cases, the PDA group with normal PAP is27;the PDA group with PAH is58) and Ventricular septal defect (VSD)(54cases,) the VSD group with normal PAP is39;the VSD group with PAH is14.) This type2congenital heart disease PAH group and normal group PAP’s age, weight, defect size, pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure and mean pulmonary artery pressure variable to carry on the analysis.Results:1. There were no significant difference between the expression level of TERT in CHD mergered with PAH(1.09±0.82), CHD (1.06±0.71)and Healthy group(1±0.69)2.PDA diameter size of PDA with PAH group (0.36±0.18) was significantly larger than PDA group (0.26±0.09), With PDA diameter and PAH degree positive corrrlation (r=0.67, P<0.05).There were gender, age, body weight difference was not statistically significant.3.The defect size of VSD with PAH (0.52±0.25) was less than VSD (0.71±0.32)(P<0.05), With VSD diameter and PAH degree negative correlation (r=-0.26, P<0.05) There were gender, age, body weight difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Congenital heart disease with PAH peripheral blood TERT mRNA expression, but with congenital heart disease group, the difference between the healthy control group was not statistically significant. May the TERT of Peripheral blood and congenital heart disease secondary pulmonary hypertension unrelated2.PDA diameter size are important factors for the formation of pulmonary hypertension.PDA larger the diameter, the more prone to pulmonary hypertension...
