The Observation Of Clinic Effects Of Yiqiyangyin Admixture On Treating Systemic Lupuseryth Ematosus(the Deficiency Of Qi And Yin Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Yiqiyangyin Admixture on patient with Systemic Lupuseryth Ematosus(the deficiency of qi and yin type). And to explore its therapeutic mechanism.Methods:Conducted by self-compared trial and randomized control,60patients with Systemic Lupuseryth Ematosus were enrolled and divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30) randomly. The treatment group was given Yi qiyangyin Admixture,Acetic acid prednisone10mg,po,qd and Hydroxychloroquine sulfuri cacid100mg,po,bid. The control group was given Acetic acid prednisone10mg,po,qd, and Hydroxychloroquine sulfuric acid100mg,po,bid.The two groups were both observed in the change of treatmeat effect, clinical symptom, clinical sign, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, the drops degrees of ANA in before and after therapy on two months. At last evaluated the therapeutic effect.Results:1. Comparison of clinic effect of two groups, the total effective rate in treatment group was96.67%and the control group was80%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).2. The effect of TCM symptoms of the treatment group was much better than the control group(P<0.05).3. The two groups after treatment could significantly improve clinical symptoms and reduce the syndrom integral(P<0.01).The treatment group could improve clinic syndromes and reduce integral more evidently than control group (P<0.05). 4. The two groups can be very good to improve erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein and the drops degrees of ANAS(P<0.01).The treatment group was much better than the control group on(Erythrocyte sedimentation rate P<0.01, the drops degrees of ANA and C-reactive protein P<0.05).5. Without any abnormalities of blood routine, urine routine, liver and kideny function, ECG of two groups during the experimental observation were found. But2patients appearde retinopathyConclusion:By tonifying qi and yin, and nourishing liver and kidney, Yi qiyangyin Admixture can cure the patients of SLE with the syndromes and syndrome of deficiency of qi and yin, which improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the recurrence, low side effect, can be used as safe and effctive clinic drugs to cure SLE.
