The Study Of T Peak-T End Interval In Coronary Heart Disease Patients Before And After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective:To explore the effect of Tpeak-Tend Interval and corrected Tpeak-Tend Interval in different types of patients with coronary heart desease with PCI.Metrods:1.The subjects:Select326coronary heart desease patients which underwent PCI in our department,comparing the TpTe、TpTec、QT、QTc、 QRS before and after PCI in according to clinical classifications, coronary artery lesion branches and Gensini integral.2.The measuring of TpTe interval:TpTe was manual measured,TpTe interval meaned the interval of T wave peak and T wave end.Result:①The TpTe、TpTec interval decreased significanly after PCI than that of before PCI in the STEMI、NSTEMI and UA groups(P<0.01); The TpTe、 TpTec Interval in the STEMI and NSTEMI groups were abviously longer than that of in the UA group before PCI.②The TpTe、TpTec interval in different ST segment elevation groups of the STEMI patients were abviously shorter than that of before PCI(P<0.01).③The TpTe、TpTec interval in different branches coronary artery lesion of coronary heart desease patients decreased more significanly after PCI (P<0.01).④The TpTe、TpTec interval in different Gensini inteqral in coronary heart desease patients after PCI were abviously shorter than that of before PCI(P<0.01);The TpTe、TpTec interval in higher Gensini inteqral was abviously longer than that of in lower Gensini inteqral of coronary heart desease patients(P<0.01).Conclusion:The TpTe interval and TpTec interval can be the index of Transmural dispersion of replorization(TDR) in coronary heart desease patients.The increasing of the TpTe、TpTec interval mainly occured in acute stage;The TpTe、TpTec interval were increased as the degree of ischemia myocardial.The degree of ischemia myocardial will improve after prompt and available PCI in coronary heart desease patients,the decrease of the TpTe、TpTec interval can be a nice and noninvasive index which evaluate the improvment of ischemia myocardial.
