| Social health insurance is established in order to adapt to socialist market economy system, and its purpose is to make the best use of the health resources and avoid waste. In reality, because of the social health insurance, the business environment of the medical institutions has brought about great changes. So it also has an influence on the residents’ choice behavior of medical institutions. So in this article, it has a comparative analysis in different factors which consist of social health insurance other factors in order to analyze how much effect the social health insurance have on the residents’choice behavior of medical institutions. At last, I can give some countermeasure and advices on changing the residents’ choice behavior of medical institutions.First of all, interview as a method is used to design the closed-end questionaire and telephone interviews are used to collect798vilid samples. I take use of the statistic sofewares of SPSS18.0,LISEL8.8and Mplus5.2to analyze the data. The quality reliability and validity of the questionaire can be tested by description statistic, one-way ANOVA analysis, confirmation factorial analysis and Structural equation model analysis. The writer structures the medical Institutions’Choice behavior structual equation modeling, and finds the social health insurance that has an bigger effect on the primary and middle-level fixed medical institutions and the effect is remarkable. To further explore what factors of the social health insurance have effects on the primary and middle-level fixed medical institutions’choice behavior, the writer structures the social health insurance on the influence model of medical institutions’choice behavior. And the writer finds the level of social health insurance benefits, social health insurance’satisfaction have an effect on the the primary and middle-level fixed medical institutions’choice behavior. Also the write finds that in the different participating behavior, medical institutions’behavior of many different demographic groups is different. |
