Huanglian Wendan Decoction On Rats With Chronic Gastritis Pathology And Bcl-2,Bax Protein Expression Influence Experimental Study

Purpose:Through the observation of Huanglian Wendan Decoction on experimental chronic gastritis in rats with spleen stomach damp heat type therapeutic effect,Investigation on the chronic gastritis by endoscopic and histopathological manifestations and protein expression of Bax,bcl-2effect to elucidate the Huanglian Wendan Decoction in treatment of chronic gastritis application provides a modern scientific basis.Methods:The SD rats were randomly divided into6groups,each group of10,Namely the blank group,model group,cisapride group,Huanglian Wendan Decoction high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group,except the blank group.Other groups are usingsodium deoxycholate,ethanol solution combined with the hot and humid environment,improper diet and other comprehensive method in rats induced by chronic gastritis of Spleen-stomach damp-heat type model.Modeled after,blank control group.model group were given saline lavage,other groups were given the corresponding drug gastric perfason,molding and administration during the observation records of rats in general.The naked eye observation of gastric mucosa damage,and with a fixative fixed specimens,histopathological observation of endoscope.And the blank group,model group,cisapride group,Huanglian Wendan Decoction high dose group performed immunohistochemical analysis,Observation of Bax,Bcl-2protiein expression.Results:Compared with model group can reduce the rat gastric mucosa inflammation of.cisapride group, Huanglian Wendan Decoction high dose group can decrease the number of Bax positive cells,to increase the number of bcl-2positre cells,compared with the model group,there was significant difference(P<0.05);With cisapride group comparison, Huanglian Wendan Decoction high dose group can significantly improve the rat gastric mucosal injury,To reduce the number of Bax positive cells,jncreasing the number of bcl-2positive cells.Comparisons between the two there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion;Huanglian Wendan Decoction on chronic gastritis has remarkable curative effect,And can reduce the number of Bax positive cells.to increase the number of Bcl-2positive cells.thus slowing the gastric mucosal cells of the inflammatory process,blocking the process of gastric mucosa injury,accelerate the repair of gastric mucosa.
