Coked rice water digestion antidiarrheal effect of this experimental study is proposed for control of the study of the burnt hawthorn, provide a reference to explore frying coke common problems. Infer material basis of burnt hawthorn, coked rice diarrhea in mice may relate to frying coke process of caramelization and Maillard reaction to produce new substances, the material foundation needs further study.In summary, this study use the application of biotechnology, chemical analysis technology of modern science and research chemical composition changes the hawthorn frying coke, revealing the variation of the ultraviolet spectrum pre and post hawthorn frying coke; on the basis of the chemical composition change pre and post hawthorn frying coke research, study the pharmacological digestion effect on the net hawthorn and burnt hawthorn, confirmed the burnt hawthorn "be good at digestion antidiarrheal" medication theory.
