| Objective:This research take Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy as the object of the study, adopting the method of Randomized Controlled Trials(RCT), observing and evaluating the effect on sufferers’ clinical symptom, signs and emotions, in order to verify the clinic value of the therapy that qici cervical Jia Ji acupoints in treatment of the Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy.Methods:68Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy cases were randomly divided into two groups:34cases in treatment group were treated by qi ci;34cases in control group were treated by routine acupuncture. After those treatment, evaluate its effectiveness and clinical value by Clinical Therapeutic Effect Evaluation, Short-form of McGill Pain Questionaire and Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis.Results:(1) There is no remarkable difference(P>0.05), but only the comparability in the baseline of the two groups before treatment.(2) The comparison with themselves of the two groups before intervention and after intervention: difference of the Short-form of McGill Pain Questionaire, and Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis have statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)The comparison of the two groups before intervention and after intervention: difference of the Clinical Therapeutic Effect Evaluation, Self-conscious symptom and clinical examination of Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis and PRI-S, VAS, PRI-A don’t have statistical significance(P>0.05); while daily life of Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis, and PRI-T, PPI have stastistical significance(P<0.05).(4)Curative effect comparison between the two groups after1months:there are significant differences on the scores of all items on Clinical Therapeutic Effect Evaluation, SF-MPQ, Ascs in two groups(p<0.05).(5) there are no pain, bleeding, hematoma, or fainting during acupuncture treatment in these two groups and safety is quite good.Conclusion: The two therapy treat the cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy are both effective, and the effect of qi ci is far more better than the other therapy. |
