The topic achieves position and velocity feedback control, provide improved programs for motor control of other linear accelerator. In addition, as a separate component,EPID can be used not only The R600linear accelerator of Neusoft and future high energy linear accelerator, but also can be used for other manufacturers to improve the accelerator without EPID, therefore, the application of EPID S ystem prospects.The topic n-depth study on the control panel of the motion control system of EPID system, including the design program of system control panel, chip select, the specific realization of the main circuit module. This thesis not only designs the hardware platform of the system control panel, but also using C language achieves algorithm on DSP development tool software.
