Observations On The Curative Effect Of QijingDanLanTang On Type2Diabetes Mellitus Patients With Stagnation Of Dampness Deficiency Of The Spleen Type

Objective:Observed the curative effect of QiJingDanLanTang on the Type2diabetes mellitus patients with stagnation of dampness deficiency of the spleen type in order to provide clinical evidence about clinical application of QiJingDanLanTang and the development of the new drug about QiJingDanLanTang Methods.MethodsRandomly, no-blind, comparative designs were taken in this study.80cases of Type2diabetes mellitus patients were selected in the research and were divided into two groups randomly,41cases were selected as the experimental group and treated by lifeway intervence and tranditional chinense medicine"QiJingDanLantang" meanwhile take the medicine of slow-release-gliclazide;39cases were selected as the control group and treated by lifeway intervence and medicine of slow-release-gliclazide, the patient of each group was cured for two months. Observed the changes of fasting blood-glucose (FPG),2hour blood sugar in OGTT test (2hPG), fasting insulin (FINS), HbAlC, insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) and clinical symptoms before and after curing in the two groups.Results:1.The changes of observation index:(1)Compared with before treatment, the FPG、2hPG、FINS、HbA1C、HOMA-IR in the two groups after treatment were reduced. The differences were significant (P<0.05);(2)The differences of between FINS、HOMA-IR experimental group and control group after treatment were significant (P<0.05)(3)Compared with before treatment, the marks of TCM clinical symptoms in the experimental group and control group after treatment were reduced. The differences of the marks of TCM clinical symptoms after treatment in the two group were significant (P<0.05);(4) After treatment comparing the experimental group with control group,the differences of the marks of TCM clinical symptoms were significant (P<0.05); The differences of the D-value of the marks of TCM clinical symptoms before and after treatment in the two group were significant (P<0.05);The melioration of the marks of TCM clinical symptoms in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.2.The evaluation of the curative effect:(1) The curative effect of reducing blood sugar.the experimental group was not significantly different from the control group (P>0.05)(2) The curative effect of TCM clinical symptoms:the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.(P<0.05)(3) Improve insulin resistance:experimental group was significantly better than the control group.(P<0.01)3.The evaluation of security:Four cases of patients in the control group occurring nausea and dizziness frequently in two weeks after taking the medicine. But the symptoms were alleviated after keeping on taking the medicine. The experimental group didn’t appear side-effects.Conclusions:QiJingDanLanTang could improve insulin resistance index and traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms. There were no side-effects through preliminary observation. QiJingDanLanTang had not significant difference from medicine of slow-release-gliclazide in reducing blood sugar, but it was better than the medicine of slow-release-gliclazide in improving patients’clinical symptoms. It was an effective prescription in curing Type2diabetes mellitus patients with stagnation of dampness deficiency of the spleen type.
