Presently, China’s medical health system reform and the establishment of the medical security system has become a hot topic. Medical problem has already be-come an important problem of people’s livelihood. In this context, this article fo-cused on the health care workers, measuring the level of professional identity of theirs, tried to find out the main factors influencing professional identity, then dis-cussed how and to what degree these factors influencing the professional identity, based on this, put forward the Suggested practice to each related subject, in order to raise the level of China’s public hospital’s health care workers’professional identity. And to get prepared to achieve the goal of medical system reform from the perspective of human resource management.Through the research of the past study, we found that there are few references for the whole health care workers group on professional identity. Research on the nurses’professional identity is relatively rich, but for the doctors, the professional identity research is very few. According to this, this article based on the study of the references, and combined with the practical situation of the research object, we selected demographic factors, social support perspective, professional image, job autonomy and such variables to measure the influence they have on the profes-sional identity. This research is divided into five parts:the introduction, literature review, study design, data analysis and the research results and suggestions. The introduc-tion brought up the main idea of the topic and the significance of the background. Literature review is about the related theories, also found the blank space of this field. Study design put forward the model and the research hypotheses. We used SPSS15.0software to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaires, and to explore the relationship between the variables through descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Research results and Sug- gestions verified the hypothesis, also found the shortage of this paper. We offered some practical practice, and mentioned research direction of the future research. The public hospital’s medical workers are the research object of this paper. The questionnaires were given in three different levels of hospitals randomly. A total of185valid questionnaires were received. After the statistical analysis, these studies concluded the following conclusion.1. The sexual factors alone won’t cause significant influence on professional identity. The professional factors alone still will not cause significant influence on professional identity. However, through the interaction analysis, we found that the sexual and professional factors combined will cause significant influence on pro-fessional identity. So H1:the doctors’professional identity level is higher than the nurses’professional identity level, is not verified. The practice time, degree, hos-pital levels, incomes have great influences on professional identity. However, the title, marital statuses are not to cause significant influence on professional identity.2. Related and regression analysis results indicated that the social support perspective and professional image of health care workers have positive impact on the professional identity respectively. This will support the H2and H3. But the job autonomy of health workers can’t significantly influence the professional identity, so H4can’t be thoroughly verified. The innovation points of this study are basically as follows:1. This study tried to boldly explore the blank space which previous studies did not cover and provided empirical material for subsequent research.2. Use empirical analyses and discussed the influence factors of the profes-sional identity, and to verify the relationship between the variables, then gave suggestions from the perspective of positivism for each related subject.3. This paper pointed out the future research areas of concern and the im-proving measures. Especially pointed out the future direction of the research of the male nurse group and enriched the references for the future research.
