The Study Of Integrity And Relative Specificity Of The Heart Meridian Function

Objective:To observe the ECG changes of the CHD patients by separately acupuncturing Shenmen,Lingdao,Shaohai,Ling-shao spot and Non-meridian spot and to study the integrity and relative specificity of the Heart Meridian function.Meanwhile to compare the effect of heart function in CHD cases by acupuncturing the different acupionts of Heart Meridian and the differences between the spot on the no-points and non-Meridian spot.To supply experimental basis for selecting the acupionts in clinic.Method:100CHD cases were randomly divided into five groups, and separately treated with five prescriptions:Shenmen,Lingdao,Shaohai,Ling-Shao spot and Non-meridian spot.The changes of ECGs were recorded at pro-acupuncturing and post-acupuncturing in30mins.Results:1.Shenmen group could obvious improve the blood supply of heart (P<0.01),compared with the other four groups,it’s significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).2.Lingdao and Shaohai groups had certain action to improve the blood supply of the heart,the two groups were no statistically significan difference (P>0.05).3.Ling-shao group had certain action to improve SV(P<0.05) and no action to other indicators (P>0.05),Compared with shenmen,lingdao, it’s not significant4.Non-meridian spot group had no action to improve the blood supply of the heart (P>0.05).Compared with other groups,there was obviously significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Shenmen,Lingdao,Shaohai could improve the blood supply of the heart,the effect of Shenmen was best, it’s better than Lingdao, Shaohai.Lingdao was as good as Shaohai.2.Ling-shao spot could improve the blood supply of heart in SV.3.Non-meridian spot could not improve the blood supply of the heart.4. All the spot on Heart Meridian could improve the supply of the heart,but the effects were different.The acupoints on the Heart Meridian have the relative specificity to adjust zangfu function.
