The Effect On The Level Of CRP And The Curative Effect Of Yiqi Fumai Injection In Patiens With Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Qi And Yin Dificiency

Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Fumai injection in patiens with unstable angina pectoris of Qi and Yin dificiency.Explore the the effect of Yiqi Fumai injection on the level of CRP.Methods:Collect60unstable angina pectoris inpatients of Qi and Yin dificiency who had been examined by coronary angiography (including the patients who had been diagnosed by the same way before the test) from the department of cardiology of Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital between2011February and2012January. They are not only in accordance with the western diagnostic criteria of unstable angina pectoris but also with the diagnostic standard of obstruction of traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into two groups by using stochastic method:the treatment group (n=30,given Yiqi Fumai injection,2.6g/d on the basis of conventional western medicine),the control group (n=30,given conventional western medicine). The change of the level of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,C-reactive protein in patients with unstable angina pectoris were determined before and after the treatment. The number of angina attacks、the duration of angina、the degree of remission and the ECG transform in patients with unstable angina pectoris before an after treatmant were recorded.Results:1. There were no significant differences in terms of the age,gender,course of disease and complication(P>0.05) in the two groups.2. The levels of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,C-reactive protein in patients are not obviously different between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).3. There were no significant differences berween the two groups after treatment on the levels of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(P>0.05) but significant differences on the level of C-reactive protein(P<0.01).4. Compared with the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05) in clinical efficacy.5. The hepatic and renal function of all objects were determined before and after the treatment.There was no abnormality in glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease, serum creatine and blood urea nitrogen. The result showed that the hepatic and renal function were unconspicuous changed (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. In the conventional western medicine plus Yiqi Fumai injection significantly reduce the level of C-reactive protein in patients with unstable angina pectoris.It is suggested that Yiqi Fumai injection can reduce the level of C-reactive protein and depreeing the inflammatory response in the patients with unstable angina pectoris. The two groups are not make obvious affect on the lipid levels.2.Yiqi Fumai injection have the effect of Yiqiyangyin and improve blood circulation so it can make the tongue、pulse and clinical symptoms better with better clinical efficacy.3. There were no severe adverse reactions be found in the test suggests that Yiqi Fumai injection is safe and reliable.
