The patients were therapied by endocrinotherapy afteroperation. Results All69patients received125I seed implantation under ultrasoundguidance succesefully.63patients were fellow-up1year, and59werecomplete response,2of them were partial response,2of them were inefficacy,6of them were biochemistry recurrence.39patients were fellow-up3year,and33were complete response,4of them were partial response,2of themwere inefficacy,7of them were biochemistry recurrence.13patients werefellow-up5year, and all of them were complete response.5patients were diedduring follow-up time, and3of them were bone metastasis of prostate cancer. The rectal side effect was occurred in4patients, and the urinary complicationswas occurred in12patients.Conclusion Interstitial permanent brachytherapy with endocrinotherapy issafe, convenient, minimally invasive, low urinary and rectal side effect intherapy of high risk prostate cancer.
