Objective:To investigate whether or not the the C allele of the ITPKC rs28493229is associated with KD with CAL in Chinese Han children.From the perspective of molecular biology to explore the mechanism of kawasaki disease and coronary artery damage.To provide reliable scientific basis for preventing the occurrence and early diagnosis of kawasaki disease and coronary artery damage.Methods:There were30patients with KD group and25healthy ethnically and gender-matched children with the control group.The genotype of the ITPKC rs28493229was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR)and the direct sequencing,analyzed the genotype of the rs28493229and investigated whether or not the the C allele frequency of the ITPKC rs28493229is associated with the KD or KD with CAL susceptibility in Chinese Han children.Results:1.The research show that the C allele frequency of rs28493229was found in KD group than the control group has statistically significant(x2=7.19,P<0.05, OR=5.22,95%CI=1.56~17.44),the OR of C allele was greater than1(OR=5.22);Genotype distribution in the KD group than the control group has statistically significant (P<0.05),the OR value of GC and CC genotype are larger than1(10.29,2.67).2.The research show the C allele frequency of rs28493229was found in the CAL group than the NCAL group has statistically significant (χ2=7.33,P<0.05, OR=5.50,95%CI=2.88~18.77),the OR of C allele was greater than1((OR=5.50);Genotype distribution in the CAL group than the NCAL has statistically significant (χ2=8.28, P<0.05),the OR value of GC and CC genotype are larger than1(8.75,2.91). Conclusions:1.The C allele frequency of ITPKC in the KD group than the control group has statistically significant (χ2=7.19,P<0.05),the OR value of C allele was greater than1(OR=5.22),which indicating that C allele can increase the risk of kawasaki disease;Genotype distribution in the KD group than the control group has statistically significant (χ2=7.62,P<0.05),the OR value of GC and CC genotype are larger than1(10.29,2.67),which indicating that GC, CC genotype can increase the risk of kawasaki disease.2.The C allele frequency of ITPKC in the CAL group than the NCAL group has statistically significant(χ2=7.33,P<0.05),the OR value of C allele was greater than1(OR=5.50),which indicating C allele can increase the risk of kawasaki disease with CAL;Genotype distribution in the CAL group than the NCAL group has statistically significant (χ2=8.28, P<0.05), the OR value of GC and CC genotype are larger than1(8.75,2.91),which indicating GC, CC genotype which carrying C allele can increase the risk of kawasaki disease with CAL... |
