Objective:To observe the curative effect and Knee function improved integralevaluation and the influence of the hemorheology by the instrument of heat conductionsand treatment in Uyghur medicine on knee osteoarthritis and reducing the dosage ofusing western medicine, for the sake of exploring its mechanism. Methods:The120casesof KOA patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60casesin each group: the sand treatment group: patients were treated for30minutes once a day.The period of treatment was10days. The control group: patients received TDP radiationtherapy, its treatment method and time was same as treatment group. Both groups tookoral celebrex capsule200mg once a day. Observe function evaluation scores, clinicalefficacy and the influence of the hemorheology of two groups before and after treatment.Results:compared the total curative effect of two groups, the total effectiveness rate oftreatment group is91.9%; and the control group was83.3%, the difference wasstatistically significant through two groups’ comparison (P<0.05), indicates that bothgroups can improve the knee function, but the treatment group was better than controlgroup; Compared the improvement of two groups’ learn index after treatment, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Explain the treatment group inimproving hemorrheology index situation was better than control group. Conclusion:1.the instrument of heat conduction sand treatment in Uyhgur Medicine is better in stoppingpain, fluctuation building ability, swelling and buckling Angle and stiffness in a degree ofcontracture of knee osteoarthritis treatment, its curative effect is better than the TDPradiation therapy.2. KOA patients often associated with abnormal blood rheology, blood is at high condensation state, Uyhgur conduction heat effect sand therapy apparatus canimprove the whole blood viscosity index of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint,through the sand cure heating and traditional Uighur drug absorbed through skin, canimprove local blood circulation, acetanilide detumescence. |
