Objectiive: Study three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined withpaclitaxel and cisplatin or cisplatin combined with5-fluorouracil two chemotherapyregimens in the treatment of advanced squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus of curativeeffect and adverse reaction. Methods: A retrospective analysis of2009January to2011January100patients in our hospital was diagnosed with advanced esophageal squamouscell carcinoma concurrent three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined withpaclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy or combined with cisplatin and5-fluorouracilchemotherapy, using SPSS17statistical software for statistical analysis and treatment, observe two groups of patients in efficiency, toxicity and survival rates have no difference. Results: Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with paclitaxel andcisplatin chemotherapy efficiency85.4%, three-dimensional conformal radiotherapycombined with cisplatin and5-fluorouracil chemotherapy regimens with an efficiency of65.4%, with a significant difference between two groups(P <0.05), In1year and2yearsurvival rates of two groups have no significant difference(76.3%vs64.1%,63.6%vs48.7%, P>0.05). Two groups of patients after treatment of the main toxic effects of whiteblood cell reduction, acute esophagitis and digestive tract reaction occurs between the twogroups, there were significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Paclitaxel combined withcisplatin concurrent three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy plan can increase theclinical remission rate, improve efficiency, acute toxicity is mainly white blood cellreduction, patients after treatment was well tolerated, the scheme can not improve thelong-term survival rate.
