Investigate The Effect Of Painless Induced Abortion In The Superconducting Visual And Non Visual Surgery

Objective: To investigate the effect of surgery of the full superconducting visualinduced abortion and non-visible under artificial abortion similarities and differences.Methods: From Apr.2011to Jun.2011, in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Second AffiliatedHospital of Xinjiang Medical University, the200cases of pregnancy induced abortion inthe early pregnant women were randomly divided into100cases of full superconductingvisual induced abortion group (study group) and100cases of non-visible (control group)under the painless artificial abortion surgery group. By observing operative blood loss,operative time, postoperative vaginal bleeding time, menstruation recovery time andincidence of postoperative complications (abortions reaction, suction evacuationinsufficiency, uterine cervical adhesions) between the two groups, the outcomes werecompared. Results:(1) The amount of blood loss in the observation group (12.60±8.63)was less than the control group (18.84±16.61), the difference was statisticallysignificant (P＜0.05); The surgical time was not statistically significant between theobservation group(3.24±0.64) and the control group (3.35±0.83),(P＞0.05); Theintrauterine operation time was statistically significant between the observationgroup(1.36±0.34) and the control group (1.55±0.40),(P＜0.05)).((2) The vaginalbleeding time was not difference between the observation group and the control group,(P＞0.05).(3) The postoperative menstrual recovery time is shorter in the observationgroup than the control group (P＜0.05).(4) The postoperative complications was notstatistically significant between the observation group and the control group (P＞0.05).Conclusions: The full superconducting visual induced abortion is a safe induced abortionmethods, that It is easy operating, less blood loss, short intrauterine operating time,quickly menstrual recovery. It is worthy of clinical use.
