Objective: To filter out specific protein and build a diagnosis model for kidneycancer early diagnosis serum protein fingerprint for detection、prognosis and to discusstheir clinical significance. Methods: The protein spectra of40samples from renal cellcarcinoma patient(sby pathology)and another40sample(shealthy volunteers)taken fromthe not renal cell carcinoma patients were analyzed by CM10protein chip and surfaceenhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry.Results:40cases preoperative patients were compared with40samples normal control group. Rudescreening11m z peaks at1038、1568、1723、7976、8058、15940、1545、16107、1433、1701、1500with a specificity of83.68%and a sensitivity of88.95%。Conclusion:Obvious difference between the renal cell carcinoma patients and normal group,Thediscovery of these difference in protein, differentially expressed protein which may existonly in the serum of renal cell carcinoma patients. That is,the specific protein. Thespecific protein found by SELDI-TOF-MS and protein chip CM10technologic combinewith support vector machine. The method could be a highly specific and sensitive tool inkidney cancer. Detection of specific protein in kidney cancer is significant both for studyon cancer development mechanism of clinical specific biomarkers.
