Analysis The Factors And Evaluation The Post-hearing Changes After Tympanoplasty

Follow up one moreyears,only one ear of tympanic menbrane was not concrescent.In simple operation,puretone test to show that the average threshold of air conduction improve20dBHL(18ear)was obtained in69.3%of the all cases;In complex operation the air conduction improve30-40dBHL was obtained in56.5%and impore20dBHL、30dB was26%;Afteroperation,the subjactive sensation of hearing have obviously amelioration cases obtain37cases which account for75.5%, without any improvement hold6cases,getting woreshold6cases.Conclusion: To comparison pure tone test results which include preoperativeand postoperative changes, CSOM patient who all recive operation have a improvementboth pure tune test and subjactive sensation of hearing. application of antilobium cartilagein tympanoplasty,the graft easily keep good condition and build pedestal role.what’smore, they will prevent tympanic membrane shrink、auricular bone adherence. It is usefulto improve tympanoplasty achievement rate.
