Traditional Clinical Research On Liver Cancer Patients’Quality Of Life For The Treatment Of Anti-cancer Powder

Objective:To observe the changes in the clinical symptoms, biochemical parameters, the scale of QOL of primary liver cancer treated by Anti-cancer Powder, discuss the feasibility of the treatment of primary liver cancer in Quality of life by Chinese medicine, find new ideas, new methods in Liver cancer treatment,and hoped to popularize the effective Chinese medicine which have scientific evidence.Method:To select102cases liver cancer patients fulfilled the inclusion criteria, divided them into treatment group and control group by block randomized and parallel-group. Observe the changes in liver function, AFP, KPS, QOL-C30, symptom score, to be statistically analyzed.Results:Clinical observations:1. To compare with themselves before treatment, the two groups after treatment have significant difference in changes in in liver function, KPS score, clinical symptom score (P<0.05). And in these aspects, there were significant difference between the two groups when after treatment.(P<0.05). About AFP, the two self-comparison, before and after treatment are different (P<0.05), two groups after treatment showed no difference (P>0.05).2. QOL-30scale, the treatment group in fields of physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function, physical symptoms, overall health, we have achieved satisfactory results (P<0.05, differences statistically significant), while the control group in role function, cognitive function are not effective (P>0.05). After treatment, the scores in all areas compared to the treatment group in physical function, emotional function, physical symptoms, overall health status of economic pressure difference with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Anti-cancer Powder treatment of primary liver cancer is effective, patients can improve liver function and AFP (P<0.05).2. Anti-cancer Powder can improve KPS score and clinical symptom score (P<0.05). There were significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).3. Though the investigation by the QOL-C30scales, Anti-cancer Powder on the scale to improve the quality of life in all areas have a positive significance (P<0.05), with the Jinlong capsules compare the efficacy, Anti-cancer Powder in improvement of physical function, emotional function, physical symptoms, overall health, economic pressure conditions has an advantage (P<0.05).
