Comparative Study On Acupunture Therapy In Relation To Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis

Purpose:compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture neck clip ridge plus acupuncture Zusanli with that of simple acupuncture Jingjiaji in relation to the nerve root type cervical spondylosis through investigation.Method:This project selects60nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients which had already been clearly diagnosed. According to the random sampling principle, the patients are divided into two groups, one is the group of acupuncture neck clip ridge and acupuncture Zusanli (treatment group) and the other is the group of simple acupuncture neck clip ridge (comparison group). In each group, there are30patients. The acupuncture needles selected by both groups are that of global brand produced by Jiangsu Global Apparatus Factory, which is the kind of disposable stainless steel with the specification being30φ×40mm. The moxa rolls select the moxibustion produced by Nanyang Wolong Moxa Factory. As for the treatment group, the meridians select the Jingjiaji, Fengchi,Jianjing and Zusanli. Upper limbs numb adds the of the shoulder, Jianyu, Binao, Quchi, Shousanli,Waiguan, Hegu. After the conventional acupuncture, the needles shall remain for about30minutes, wherein as for the Zusanli, after the acupuncture, the moxa roll is used for conducting the mild acupuncture, with the suitable situation being part of skin is reddish and having the feeling of warm.As for the comparison group, it selects the Jingjiaji, Fengchi, Jianjing. Upper limbs numb adds the of the shoulder, Jianyu, Binao, Quchi, Shousanli, Waiguan, Hegu. After the conventional acupuncture, the needles shall remain for about30minutes. Before and after the treatment, evaluate the pain, numb and the cumulative scoring of symptomsResult:through the treatment and check of statistics, it shows that, both groups of patients have relatively satisfying curative effect. However, the treatment group has obvious advantages compared with the comparison group. The efficiency of the treatment group is93.33%and the efficiency of the comparison group is83.33%. After the treatment of statistics, the clinical curative effects of these two groups have obvious differences, which shows that the total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the comparison group. Comparing the pain score, numb score and of the two groups of patients before the treatment with that after the treatment through the statistics processing, there is no obvious difference before the treatment. And after the treatment, P<0.05with obvious differences. It shows that, no matter whether the, compared with the simple acupuncture neck clip ridge, acupuncture neck clip ridge plus acupuncture foot three mile point has obvious advantages with respect to the nerve root type cervical vertebra disease.Conclusion:Acupuncture Jingjiaji plus acupuncture Zusanli point, and simple acupuncture Jingjiaji both have good effects to the nerve root type cervical vertebra disease. However, compared with the simple acupuncture Jingjiaji, acupuncture Jingjiaji plus acupuncture Zusanli point has obvious advantages in terms of improving the pain, numb, and the total effective rate, etc.
