| Objective:TO observe the content of Guanxintongmai capsule on endothelial cell micro-particles (EMPs)ã€interleukin-6(IL-6) and von Willebrand factor (vFW) in the serum of patients with angina pectoris. Clear treatment of angina pectoris, clinicalefficacy, to explore its possible mechanism of treatment of angina pectoris, toprovide a scientific basis for its clinical application.Mehods:The method chosen by lot, Wuhan City Hospital Department of Cardiology, a ward of the60cases of patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, treated patients in the conventional therapy plus service Guanxintongmai capsule and the control group patients plus service Tongxinluo capsule, four weeks for a course of treatment, comparative clinical efficacy, the ECG changes and medication EMPsã€IL-6and vWF content in the serum of patients before and after.Results:In terms of clinical efficacy, the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05), thetreatment group were26cases,2cases of invalid cases, the total efficiency of92.9%; control group28cases,2cases, the total efficiency93.3%. In ECG changes, the two groups no significant difference (P>0.05), the treatment group were24cases,4cases,the total efficiency of85.7%; effective cases of the control group27cases,3cases,the total effective rate was90.0%. EMPs of the treatment group(108.2±21.3)/μl down to (79.6±19.6)/μl before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); IL-6by (32.64±5.78)pg/ml down to (20.56±6.84) pg/ml, before and after treatment the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); of vWF decreased (95.4±21.3)%to (82.8±18.6)%before and after treatment difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). EMPs of the control group (105.7±23.1)/μl down to (80.4±20.1)/μl, before and after treatment the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); IL-6by (34.57±4.65)pg/ml down to (21.63±3.58)pg/ml,before and after treatment the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); of vWF decreased(94.7±21.4)%to (83.1±17.9)%before and after treatment difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The levels of EMPsã€IL-6and vWF, before treatment, after treatment between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical efficacy of the treatment of angina pectoris, Guanxintongmai capsule and Tongxinluo capsule is quite. It have a role in remission in patients with clinical symptoms, and can significantly reduce the levels of EMPsã€IL-6and vWF, and its mechanism may be related to theanti-artery atherosclerosis. |
