| ObjectiveHypertensive disease is a frequently-occurring disease that seriously damage human health and affect the quality of life.According to traditional Chinese medicine, hypertensive disease is the result of yin-yang disharmony.The deficiency of yin is root, yang hyperactivity is symptom.Pathological changes are related to five zang viscera,the main is heart,liver and kidney,which the liver is symptom and the kidney is root.The cardinal symptom in clinical is yin deficiency of liver and kidney or syndrome of hyperactivity of liver yang.Observe the curative effect to hypertensive disease by applying Kan-Li point on Double yongqun acupuncture point and matching up western medicine Nifedipine Tablets.To search a new and effective method to cure hypertensive disease.Method:Collect data of the patients in Wuhan Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Otc2010to Nov2011,choose74cases at the second level of hypertensive disease patients by strictly inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Arrange the patients to2groups at random,43for treatment group,the others for matched group,the both group takes western medicine Nifedipine Tablets orally, the treatment group uses Kan-Li Point additionally,1piece/d,4weeks a course of treatment.ResultAccording to this clinical observation,it can control blood pressure level steady on the basis of using western medicine Nifedipine Tablets and additional using Kan-Li Point at Double yongqun acupuncture point,the total efficiency can reach95.3%. Among the cases,30for excellent,11for effective and2for ineffective; obviously higher than the result87.1%of matched group,which12cases for excellent,15for effective and4for ineffective.ConclusionThe research results show that it can better relieve and lower blood pressure, improve symptoms by using Kan-Li Point match up to western medicine.This method has higher clinical promotional value for its simplicity, safety, reliability and exactness. |
