The Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD) models of malnutrition were made by injecting LPS in trachea and smoking, observing the curative effect of method of reinforcing earth to generate metal(hospital the preparation XiangShaLiuJun particle) on rats body weight, seralbumin and leptin in rat COPD model of malnutrition, to explore prevention and treatment the part of mechanism in COPD. Methods:The healthy male70SD rats were randomly divided into two groups, model group60and normal control group10, the model group were injected with LPS in trachea200μg/μl in the first1,14weather, the rats were placed in the remaining days of the smoke chamber in the fume,2times a day. Normal control group were injected equal volume of saline in the first1,14weather, and fed in normal air conditions. Modeling the first29days of lung tissue pathological examination, revealed model rats have bronchial epithelial cell metaplasia, cilia loss, submucosal gland hyperplasia, hypertrophy, wall congestion, edema, the wall surrounding the lumen can be seen a large number of neutrophil infiltration, bronchial wall thickening, smooth muscle and fibroblast proliferation, alveolar wall thinning or destruction,and the adjacent alveolar fusion, reduced number of alveoli, alveolar space cystic expansion, some fused into bullae,as a successful model for replication. After the modeling, model group fume changed every day1, weekly weighing a modeling process and record the weight Modeling the first49days of detection of seralbumin, leptin levels, according to standard (10%more weight loss than the average weight of control group, seralbumin lower than the average level of the control group, with dull and lackluster hair),the model rats were divided into the malnutrition group and the non-malnutrition group. The malnutrition rats model of COPD were randomly divided into XiangShaLiuJun particle group and saline group. Normal control group, normal nutrition group with COPD, with COPD malnutrition in the saline group was given saline, XiangShaLiuJun treatment group was given XiangShaLiuJun particle0.4g/100gbw (equivalent to conventional dosage for adults), administration of a total of10days.10days after the weighing and detection of seralbumin, leptin levels. Serum leptin levels with Iodine[125I] leptin Radioimmunoassay Kit, using the bromocresol green method for the determination of the seralbumin level. Results:1. Weight compared XiangShaLiuJun particle group therapy after weight were compared with before treatment increased significantly (P<0.05); XiangShaLiuJun particle group after treatment, weight gain were compared with malnutrition saline control group, normal control group and COPD normal nutrition group increased significantly (P<0.05).2. Seralbumin compared XiangShaLiuJun particle group after treatment seralbumin levels were compared with before treatment differences (P<0.05); XiangShaLiuJun particle group after treatment seralbumin level were compared with normal control group differences(P<0.05); XiangSha LiuJun particle group after treatment seralbumin levels were compared with malnutrition saline control group and COPD normal nutrition group no significant difference(P>0.05).3. Serum leptin compared XiangShaLiuJun particle group after treatment serum leptin levels were compared with before treatment are more significant differences (P<0.05); XiangShaLiuJun particle group after treatment of serum leptin levels were compared with malnutrition saline control group and COPD normal nutrition group has significant difference (P<0.05), compared with normal control group, no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusions:1. Seralbumin, Serum leptin level with the body’s nutritional status and weight change are closely related.2. Mdthod of reinforcing earth to generate metal can improve the nutritional status of malnourished rats by strengthening and restoring, tonifying spleen and reducing phlegm treatment, and weight gain, raise the level of seralbumin, and its mechanism may be related to the increase of serum leptin levels related.
