Objective:Investigate the effect of korean medicine "qianjinwenwutang" addition and subtraction on STZ-induced type2Diabete mice and its probable anti-diabetic mechanisms. in rat. Then analyze the characteriscs of insulin resistance。Beta-cell function and investigate the regulation of relationship between syndrome and insulinresistance, beta-cell function.Methods:The Kunming male mice fed with normal diet one week, and the mice wrer randomly divided into2groups, fed with normaldiet(normal control group) or high fat diet (HFD) separately. After exposure to the respective diets for4weeks, the HFD groups were injected i·p with a single dose of STZ (100mg·Kg body weight), the mice were fasted for16h,72h later STZ, the mice were fasted (but water was giwen) for12h then。The blood glucose level was determined, the mice whose blood glucose level>10mmol/L,<25mmol/L were taken as hyperglycemia model。And another group were administrated normal saline (NS) as the diabetic model control。After14days,6group mice of fasting blood glucose、Fasting insulin、blood lipid was determined in eyeball blood, respectively, the serum insulin of each group were detested after2hours by the last ig on the ful-automatic biochemical analysis instrument。Results:①Using STZ+high-fat diet can establish the model of type2diabetic mice。②body weights of all type2diabetic mice induced by STZ and high-fat diet were significantly higher than control group, and given "qianjinwenwutang" addition and subtraction after the body weights and five groups body weights have no in different degree (p>0.05)。③After the treatment course "qianjinwenwutang" addition and subtraction can degradedapparentely, the comparison betweenbefore and after treatment showed a statistical significance(P<0.01)。STZ-induced type2Diabete of fasting blood glucose, impaired in degree(P<0.01)。④decrease insulinresistance index (IR) and thecontents of TG、TC in the "qianjinwenwutang" addition and subtraction, accommodate metabolic disorder of lipid, showed a statistical significance(P<0.01), and thecontents of HDL-C in the "qianjinwenwutang" addition and subtraction have no in different degree (p>0.05)。Conclusions:korean medicine "qianjinwenwutang" addition and subtraction on STZ-induced type2Diabete mice can degrading blood glucose, accommodating metabolic disorder of lipid, reduce TC, TG, the relative have no different degree HDL-C level, effective improving insulin, enhance insulin sensibity。...
