Objective:Figure out the expression of Toll-Like receptor and main molecule of nuclear transcription factor kb signal pathway in the synovium effected by Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS).Methods:Collect the synovial membrane and their detailed clinical data and image data from9AS patients which have hip replacement and12fracture patients, and detect the expression of TLR4〠TLI2〠MyD88ã€NFκB-p65in the synovial membrane with immunohistochemistry methods. Results:In the synovium effected by Ankylosing Spondylitis, the expression of TLR4and NFicB-p65is positive and the expression of TLR2and MyD88is negative. And then in the other group, the expression of NFKB-p65is positive and the rest indicators are negative. TLR2and MyD88does not express in the synovium of fracture patients; TLR4is highly expressed in the vascular smooth muscle cells and inflammatory cells which are in the synovial tissue of AS patients and fracture patients,81.8%AS patients have the expression of TLR4in the epithelial cells, but only16.6%fracture patients have the expression. There is high expression of NFκB-p65in the epithelial cells in both synovium. Conclusions:Immune response may occur caused by the MyD88-independt channel which is mediated by TLR4in the late onset AS patient. |
