| Objective:To investigate Xiangya Hospital, orthopedic surgery of deep venous thrombosis incidence to investigate the protective effect of preventive measures the formation of deep venous thrombosis (DVT).Methods:A retrospective survey Xiangya Hospital clinical data of patients with major orthopedic surgery in August2010to September2011299cases,142cases of male and female157cases, aged8to87years, the average (57.1±9.9) years, of whichline142cases of total hip arthroplasty, total knee replacement surgery in59cases, the line of hip fracture surgery in98cases;206patients taking the drug preventive measures,299cases of patients taking the mechanical prevention measures. Homemade case report form to collect relevant information, including basic information, the main admission diagnosis, pre-operative merged with deep vein thrombosis-related diseases, preoperative blood triglyceride levels, operation name, stay in bed for the duration of the preventive measures of DVT formationand lower extremity deep venous ultrasound results. All clinical cases were based on the assignment of the relevant projects to the count data, using SPSS statistical analysis of the impact of preventive measures on the incidence of DVT. In addition, the epidemiological data of DVT formation in2002seven countries in Asia and19centers in major orthopedic surgery were compared to analyze the protective effect of the difference between the incidence of DVT and preventive measures. Results:The diagnosis of DVT is the formation of two cases, the rate was0.67%deep venous color Doppler ultrasound examination. Without otherwise clinical symptoms of deep venous color Doppler ultrasound examination of nine cases of suspected DVT rate of3.68%. Age, diabetes, infection, active bleeding, triglyceride level, ambulatory duration of DVT, no significant role in promoting preventive measures may reduce the incidence of DVT effect.2002seven countries in Asia and19centers in major orthopedic surgery after DVT, this study used preventive measures make DVT risk reduction reported by1%, symptomatic DVT risk reduction by5.7%reported. Conclusion:Xiangya Hospital of symptomatic DVT incidence was0.67%lower than the domestic and international coverage is not prevention, the use of its low incidence and preventive measures. Age, diabetes, infection, active bleeding, triglyceride levels, and bed rest duration may promote the occurrence of DVT, but in this study did not reflect its role, due to consider preventive measures intervention. |
