Objective:In this study,we detected different clinical types CHD patients’levels of PS and Hs-CRP, analyzed the relationship between PS、 Hs-CRP with ACS. Detected the patients’different levels of coronary artery stenosis with PS and Hs-CRP to analyzed the relationship with ACS.In addition,to know the diagnostic value of PS and Hs-CRP concentration in United detection. Methods:We set up control group and divided the CHD patients into two groups:stable angina pectoris(SAP)group, acute coronary syndrome (ACS)group. We detected the concentration of PS and Hs-CRP in those groups by ELISA. Analyzed the relationship between PS、 Hs-CRP with ACS related risk factors by Logistic regression analysis.Results:(1) The One Way ANOVA statistical analysis manifested ACS groups’PS and Hs-CRP levels were significantly higher than control group and SAP group(All P<0.01),moreover,MI group were obviously higher than UAP group(P<0.01).(2) The PS and Hs-CRP levels of multivessel disease group were higher than single lesions group (P<0.001), Gensini score≥20were higher than Gensini score<20(P<0.001).(3) The Pearson correlation analysis confirmed that PS have obviously correlation with Hs-CRP (r=0.311, P=0.009). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that PS and Hs-CRP levels were the significant and independent variables for ACS.Conclusions:The levels of Serum PS and Hs-CRP are closely related to the occurrence of ACS,can be used as serological indexes detect the condition changes of ACS.
