Curative Effect Observation Of Shuganjieyu Tuinatherapy With Tianzong Thom Cutein On Hyperplasia Of Mammary Gland Of The Type Of Stasis Of Liver-qi

Object：To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of Shuganjieyu TuinaMethod with Tianzong Thorn Cutem on Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland (HMG) of theType of Stasis of Liver-qi.To explore the mechanism initially so as to seek a new methodfor HMG of the Type of Stasis of Liver-qi.Method:By the way of random and trial,60HMG of the Type of Stasis of Liver-qiwere randomly assigned into the treat group of30cases and the control group of30cases.The treat group: we chose Shuganjieyu Tuina Method withTianzong Thorn Cutem. Thecontrol group: patients took the medicine sanjie capsule, Compare the scores of breastpain,breast mass and symptoms of integral whole after the treatment.And to compare theshort-term curative effect between the two groups.Result:By statistical analysis,the total effectiveness of the treatment group is86.67%,and the total effectiveness of the control group is76.67%,there are significantdifferences(P<0.01), that is to say,the treatment group is superior to the control group. Thescores of breast mass in both groups had significant difference after the treatment (P<0.01).The scores of emotions,expansion and fullness in both flank,abnormal menstruation etc.inboth groups had no significant difference after the treatment(P>0.05), indicating that themethod have similar efficacy on treating HMG of the Type of Stasis of Liver-qiConclusion：Shuganjieyu tuina method with Tianzong thorn cutem on Hyperplasia ofMammary Gland of the Type of Stasis of Liver-qi can disperse stagnated liver qi forrelieving qi stagnation and relieve rigidity of muscles and activating collaterals. Themethod has significant effect to HMG of the Type of Stasis of Liver-qi. Comparing with taking the medicine sanjie capsule,it has less adverse reactions.and is a kind of naturaland healthy treatment method.
