Objectives: To discuss the evolution rule of the syndrome of TCM andpathogenesis of acute phase of stroke complicated with pulmonary infection.Meanwhile, observing the morphologica changes of lung tissue of acute strokeMethods:1.Clinical research:Collecte acute stroke patients with clinical dataintegrity. Record clinical symptoms, tongue and pulse within two weeks after patientscomplicated with pulmonary infection.2.Animal experiment: Wistar rats were dividedinto model group, sham operation group and normal control group, the three groupswere subdivided into24and48-hour,4and7-day groups according to the kill time. Then observed the pathological changes in lung tissues with the light and the electronmicroscopy.Results:1. The rate of acute hemorrhagic stroke patients with pulmonaryinfection is higher than in acute ischemic stroke.2. Beginning in syndrome of Qisystem is the most. The highest incidence involved in blood stagnated syndrome.3.Under a light microscope: The differences of pathological changes between modelgroup were significant. Under a Electronic microscope: vacuolization in lamellarbody of type II alveolar cell, capillary stasis, the blood-air barriers damage underelectronic microscopy. Conclusions:1.Patients in acute stroke phase have high incidence of pulmonaryinfection.2. Most patients according to the normal transfer rule development,.3.Thereare pathological changes in the acute stage of cerebral infarction in rats pulmonarymorphology.
