Influence VEGF、LDH In AL’s Serum Of Adjutant Therapy Of YiQi YangYin JieDu Prescription And Clinical Observation

Objective：To observe the influence to VEGF、LDH in AL’s serum of adjutant therapyof YiQi YangYin JieDu Prescription and clinical observationMethods：40AL cases were divided into Chinese traditional medicine group and thecontrol group randomly, each group of20cases. The chinese traditional medicine groupwere treated with conventional chemotherapy plus yiqi yangyin jiedu decoction，the othergroup only used conventional chemotherapy. Observe the changes of VEGF、LDH in AL’sserum and syndromes integral before and after the treatment.Results：After the treatment,we found conventional chemotherapy plus yiqi yangyinjiedu decoction can reduce the level of VEGF and LDH in AL’s serum, there wassignificant difference among groups （P<0.05）. Compared the total remission rate and thesyndromes integral, we find that the treatment group were higher than the control group,there were predominant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusions：Conventional chemotherapy plus yiqi yangyin jiedu decoction canreduce the level of VEGF and LDH in AL’s serum, significantly improve patients withQi-Yin deficiency of both symptoms and improve the remission rate.
