Study On Predisposing Factors Of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To provide a basis for working out pertinent preventive measures andtherapeutic schedules,the study analysised and summaried the predisposing factors ofDiabetic Nephropathy so as to prevent or delay the development of diabetic nephropathy.Methods: Collected207cases of diabetes and early the diabetes nephrosis patientcases material from shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital,shandong medicine hospital, shandong province hospital three hospitals， the studycollected the patients’ age, sex, height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, bloodlipids, blood glucose, smoking, alcohol consumption, diet, constitution and medicalhistory data and so on. Divided the patients into Microalbuminuria group and Normalalbuminuria group according to their24h urine protein quantitative or urine albumiumexcretion rate in order to the correlation analysis. And summarized the predisposing factorsof Diabetic Nephropathy by the Logistic regression analysis method.Results:The study showed that age, duration of diabetes, systolic blood pressure anddiastolic blood pressure, and total cholesterol, history of hypertension, fasting blood sugar,diabetes family history, diabetes, smoking were relevant to Diabetic Nephropathy. Thelogistic regression analysis showed that sex, duration of diabetes, systolic blood pressure,fasting blood sugar, family history of diabetes, diabetes and smoking were the thepredisposing factors of Diabetic Nephropathy.Conclusion: A variety of factors that work together leaded to Diabetic Nephropathy.Duration of diabetes, systolic blood pressure fasting blood glucose, family history ofdiabetes, diabetes eye disease and smoking history were the predisposing factors ofDiabetic Nephropathy. However, factors that sex, constitution and diet, on the influence ofDiabetic Nephropathy need further research.
