Clinical Observation Of Guiqiwentongxingshui Preparation Clinical Effect On CHF

Objective: Through the study of80cases of CHF pectoris with heart kidneydeficiency of yang syndrome in this paper, we believe that the heart kidney deficiency ofyang is important pathogenesis, so Wenyangyiqi and Huayuxingshui meridians are theirimportant governance laws, and Guiqiwentongxingshui was designed to observe theclinical efficiency of the Wenyangyiqi and Huayuxingshui in treating patients of CHF.Method:80patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups,40cases inthe treatment group using Guiqiwentongxingshui and40cases in the contrasting group.Around the system observed and compares two group of patients to treat between theChinese medicine card period of five days integral, the doctor practicing western medicineLee heart fades the integral, the heart function graduation, the heart color ultra (includingshoots menstruation number, wrestles displacement, each minute output, left ventriclediastole last stage inside diameter, E/A every time), around body weight and treatmenthepatorenal function change.Results: Guiqiwentongxingshui can significantly improve the patients’ clinicalsymptoms, Lee heart fades the integral, the heart function graduation and echocardiogram.Conclusion: Adds the taste Guiqiwentongxingshui to reduce the Chinese medicinecard period of total integral, the heart fades the integral as well as the heart functiongraduation aspect and the control group comparison difference has statistics significance,has reduces the patient clinical symptom, enhances patient’s movement tolerance, improvesthe patient quality of life the function.
