To Observe The Effects Of Huayusan On Pregnancy Concerning The Patients Who Takes IVF-ET Due To Hydrosalpinx

Objective: To explore the influence of pregnancy outcome of the HuaYuSan whichfor hydrosalpinx patients who do IVF-ET， and discuss the preliminary mechanismMethods：（一）Clinical observation Select the patients for hydrosalpinx infertilityfrom Shandong university of Chinese medicine second affiliated hospital reproductivecenter in May2010to May2011.Select the row IVF-ET patients130cases were dividedinto three groups:As a Observed group of50cases, drug of HuaYuSan two cycles, beforeembryo transplantation do hydrosalpinx pump operation;40cases as control group, beforeembryo transplantation do hydrosalpinx pump operation;40cases as a blank group, donot make any treatment.Treatment after two menstrual cycle, after Long scheme topromote the ovulation, do IVF-ET, compare three groups of patients in the egg andfertilization and eventually pregnancy outcomes。（二）Discussed preliminary mechanismChoose to meet the conditions of30cases of patients, randomly divided into two groups,divided into trial group and the blank group. Part of the research mechanism in the cycle ofnot transplantation。Patients taking drugs two cycle before IVF-ET blank group willnot do anything, all Patients in B inverted monitoring ovulation, ovulation days recordendometrial thickness and type. Two groups of patients take endometrial afterovulation6~8days。 compared endometrial Pinopodes and the expression onendometrial of LIF and IL-2，discussed the preliminary mechanism。Results:(一) part of the clinical observation1. HCG th estradiol levels of Observed group, obviously higher than those in the control group and the blank group,and statistically significant (P <0.05); The control groupoestrogen levels higher than the blank group, but no statistical difference (P>0.05);2. The Observed group in the egg number and fertilization number are higher thanthe control group and blank group, and the statistics processing are significant (P <0.05);the egg number of the control group was significantly higher than blank group, andstatistically significant (P <0.05);3. Compare clinical pregnancy rates, Observed group higher than the blank group,and statistically significant (P <0.05); Observed group higher than those in the controlgroup, but no statistical difference (P>0.05); The control group of clinical pregnancy rateis higher than blank group, but no statistical difference (P>0.05);4. Ectopic pregnancyrate comparison，observed group lower than the blank group and statistically significant(P <0.05); Observed group less than the control group, but no statistical difference (P>0.05); The control group below the blank group, but no statistical difference (P>0.05);(二) preliminary mechanism of discussion1. the expression of the LIF in endometrial，treatment group better than blank group,and statistically significant (P <0.05)2. the expression of the IL-2in endometrial, treatment group weak than blankgroup, and statistically significant (P <0.05).conclusion:1. HuaYuSan can improve the egg number and fertilization number ofpatients who do IVF-ET,and improve the clinical pregnancy rate, reduce ectopicpregnancy rate;2.HuaYuSan may be improve leukemia inhibitory factor in endometrial theexpression by improving the endometrial receptivity3.HuaYuSan maybe improve the level of endometrial receptivity by reducinginflammation factors such as interleukin (il)2.
