The Clinical Researth Of Treating From Du In Diabetic Lower Extremity Atherosclerotic Disease

Objective:By the clinical research of JieDuTongMaiYin in interfering Diabetic LowerExtremity Atherosclerotic Disease(LEAD),to explore treating from du in LEAD andreduce the incidence rate of diabatic gangrene and amputation,in order to treat DiabeticLEAD to provide certain theoretical basis and practical thought and method.Methods:60patients who suffered from LEAD were randomly divided into two groups including thetreatment group and the control group.The treatment group was givenJieDuTongMaiYin,while the control group was given TangMaiKang granule.180dayslater,we observed the change of Pair of lower limbs artery with Color Doppler ultrasound,clinical symptom, Carbohydrate metabolism index, blood-fat metabolism index and Creaction protein between the treatment group and the control group.Results:The twogroup’s Pair of lower limbs artery with Color Doppler ultrasound, clinical symptom,Carbohydrate metabolism index, blood-fat metabolism index and C reaction protein wereobviously improved. There was significant difference between the treatment group and thecontrol group（P＜0.05）and the effect of the treatment group was better than the controlgroup. Clinical trial period no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusions: JieDuTongMaiYincan improve the level of Pair of lower limbs artery with Color Doppler ultrasound andclinical symptom of Diabetic LEAD patients, reach the effect of early prophylaxis andtreatmen to LEAD,and reduce the incidence rate of diabatic gangrene and amputation ofDiabetic patients.
